My userID is: 391187514561, I have been using this Reliance broadband since around last 8 months.
On 14-Aug-2010, Wire was broken from the pole in our street. Then I register a complain on 17-Aug-10 to Vibha (Customer Care) and mention that wire is broken and its complain id is 134598189. She promised to resolve the issue within 24 hrs.
But, nothing has been done, after few days I called to customer care to know the status of my complain then they told me issue has been resolved within time period and your complain is closed (without confirming me).
They have closed the complain without any confirmation from my side.
Then I told them, wire is still broken what have you done, there is physical damage.
I've register tens of complain but they always close without confirming me.

They have closed all these complain without confirming me a single issue that actualy issue has been resolved or not.
I have many evidence to prove that there was a wire cut from pole from 14-Aug to 10-Sep, and no action had been taken from reliance.
Now, they are not giving me any waiver off for this time. Without knowing the actual issue how can they resolve the issue? I don't understand. :@
Everybody can see issue has not been resolved even after 20 days.
It indicate that they are not aware what is going on with their sevices in which area.
I also requested them to speak with Zone incharge. At least he should be aware all this physical damage of wire it cannot be resolved without connecting the cable.
Please help me.
