    Default Tata Broadband - Legal Notice

    I have been associated with tata broadband for since last 3 years but day by day they are getting worst in the form of their services. i have degraded my plan for which i m supposed to pay a monthly bill of some 1100 rs. for usage of one month ,but i have not used it for whole month nor they are willing to show me any written proof for how many days i have used their connection. on the other way they have added some additional benifet charges of some 300 rs. for which i have not applied while thety are saying that u had applied for it. Earlier they have changed my account password without my concern .
    Now They Had Send Me Legal Notice To Pay The Outstanding Amount Which Includes The Unneccessary Charges or Services which are not choose by me ....
    They told me to pay with in a weeks time orelse they will do legal action regarding the same.
    i had also speak to customercare regarding the same that i m willing to pay the actuall amount is they can show me the usage of the plan but thet are not willing to show me anything........

    i need some help what to do beacuse i wont be paying them the xtra amount for which they are claiming. should i go to consumer forum or consumer court dont know what to do.....

    check out the reply by smart tata communication management team for above mention complaint
    i have wrote to them about the issue now they are mailing me this type of foolish reply i think
    i should go to consumer forumn now check their reply:

    Dear Customer,



    Thank you for bringing your concern to our notice.



    With regards to your mail, we would like to inform you that we have verified our records and found that your account charaniya@vsnl.net has been terminated on 16-Aug-2010 Once the account gets terminated it cannot be activated we suggest you apply for the new connection
