Dear Sir / Madam,

About 2.5 months I moved out from Ahmedabad (Gujarat) to Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh).
Due to this I disconnected my YOU Telecom Ltd's internet broadband connection. As a
return YOU Telecom Ltd has to pay me back MODEM deposit, which they collected from
me at the time of installation.

Although company promised me that they will pay the deposit within 45 working days,
but so far they have not paid my deposit back. I have been following with them (call
centre) continuously, but they just give false promises instead of paying back my
deposit.

I kindly request you to do justice by getting my deposit back from the company and
also by punishing the company for this fradulent behaviour.
