Dear Sir



We have an internet / phone connection with BSNL 0129 2560024 and from last 2 months
they have never been working regularly. Numerous calls to BSNL and they will pop up
once to check and put it in working condition which again in a day or two will
continue showing no results.



moreover they send the phone / internet connections bills at the right time without
any deductions.



Please let me know how to overcome this problem with BSNL and if i can approach the
consumer court to get their services in order.
