I am Padma Murthy who is a proof reader by profession and I do home based
transcription.I have taken the Beamcable system net connection on 26/12/2008
after paying the full year subscription.Receipt numbers are 13630
dt:26/15/2008 for Rs.6000/-and13636 dt:30/12/2008 for Rs.2500/- Total
amount paid is 8500/- for full year.

had come himself to my residence and tried to convince me that they would
give very good service.I told him that i am into a profession where i need
24-hours access to the net and any disconnection of server or any type of
problems would cause heavy loss to me.He convinced me and assured me that
they would give me very good service, but unfortunately from day one
onwards i have been facing problems with their net and i waited for 2-3
months so that they rectify the problem permanently, but inspite of several
complaints they were not able to meet my requirements and there was always a
disconnection inbetween when i am online, which has incurred heavy loss in
my work.Every other day i had to give complaints and their person would take
12 hours after the complaint registration to come and rectify the
problem.Two weeks ago, I told them that i have gone for another net services
and so i do not need their services anymore. I sent them a mail and
personally spoke to their technical person,Prashanth and their manager in
person as to why i am cancelling their services and would like my money to
be refunded. I have called up several times to their customer care services
also, but they are delaying purposefully telling me that we will pass on the
message to the concerned person and their is no response from them till
date.I request something should be done in this regard and see that i get
the refund of my money.I request you to please help me in finding a solution
for this problem.
