My name is santosh kr jha Ph no- 09312106525. I had registered a complaint
regarding
Facing network problem since 01/10/08. As I am not getting any Network (signal)
From your side. The signal is not constant. They had given me several requests
no in last
6 (SIX) month and told me it will take 72 hrs (3 days) to Resolve your issue.
Still i am facing
the same problem and after 3 days every time they are saying me your issue is
already resolved
and closed. Every time they are saying the same thing and again they are
registering my complaint
and giving me a new request no so it will take 72 hrs (3 days) more to Resolve
your issue.
So I want to know how you knew that my problem is resolved without asking to me.
Again they
Have given me a new complaint no (86094437 as on 17th Jan 2009) so I have to
wait for next 3 days also. I am E-mailing
you only because I am still not able to call even customer care (333).so I
don’t have any option left.
I don’t know what to do. Please please resolve the issue ASAP.
Please check my all the request no which you have given in last one month. I
think you are resolving the issue
From your end please resolve the issue from my end.
I want to mention that I am facing this problem only in grater Noida Beta-2 area
where I am residing.

I am not going to pay my bill and late fine until the problem will resolved,
because of the network problem
My bill is increasing.
