My self deep mishra from raja ka rampur(etah).I have take relaince {reliance data card} connection from last 3 three year and i have face a big problem of netowrk.In my house, a single network point is not come.I have a forward the complain to customere care as well as reliance web world also.but still their was no any action on my complain. I am wait from 14 days after the complain put on custmore care . Whenever i call to customer care they tell me that your problem have been solved or your compalints tranfser to technical department.so pls solve my network problem as early as possibel or take any action against relaince network team.

I am using Reliance GSM service. They are really offering such a poor network, that I can't make a single call at home, without re-dialing at least 10 times. That too not only at my home, but almost everywhere in Delhi. Its impossible for me to travel while continuously talking on phone.
Please try to correct it as soon as possible.

But sadly to say the speed is almost nil almost all the time though the signal bar shows o.k. Now what can I do? Should I give up hope and cancel the connection or will I get a bit better connection?

I am Archana from Pune...I am facing problem for Reliance CDMA phone since yesterday....I am unable to do any outgoing calls.

In today's time if there is problem in network connection for more than 48 hours then why we should take Reliance connection, if network is not proper what the hell we are going to do with so many offers.
And when we call customer care people, they will say only one line " Mam kam chalu hain.." so funny....

I don't think reliance is good service provider..better to switch to some other network..

I live in Baner-Balewadi area(pune-maharashtra). I bought the reliance datacard and since two months I am facing horribly slow network speeds. The downloads are like 1KB/s which surely is worse than dial up speeds.
I raised several tickets with customer care(including the nodal officers) but those tickets get closed within two days stating my area is facing network congestion(reliance servers are heavily utilized). They also mention that the problem will be fixed as soon as possible.
It is already two months now and I don't see any efforts that reliance is taking to fix the problem. They still tell me now after two months that they are working onthe problem and it will be fixed as soon as possible. I mean who is working on their servers(engineers or mechanics).
I am a prepaid customer and I have to either recharge every month(for a rubbish device)... they are not willing to take back the device considering it is new .. Anyone have any suggestions or person incharge that I can contact to fix this issue "as soon as possible" and now in months.

Surpringly the nodal officer and their seniors too say the same .. its like a tape which they rewind and repeat for months.

Dear Sir Reliance Network not available in adve near to udupi karanataka state. pls solve these problems.

i bought it 2 month having ,first month signal and transfer speed was high,but this month not the transfer speed only displaying 230.4kbps but first month displayed 3.1 mbps ..

Reliance is a fraud company. There network is down is most of the areas around east delhi and noida since past 3 days and they are not even responding to customer care calls. Now not even the nodal officer is responding. I have 18 reliance number, and i have decided to switch to some other provider, may be airtel. I just hope they don't turn out to be same.
