Network Problem with Dolphin


Dear Sir,

I took new SIM connection (Number 9869539317 pre paid life time incoming free)of
Dolphin of MTNL around 16.01.2006 from MTNL, Belapur Office. At the time of
purrchase I asked them whether the coverage is available at the Kharghar Sector 20 &
21 area, where I stay. They told me that Dolphin network coverage is well there in
that area, and coverage is upto Panvel.

But from the day of purchase I suffered with the low network at my residential area
Sector 20 & 21 Kharghar. Even the network signal shows full on the handset there are
lot many problems such as

1)Heavy Disturbance & noise while talking, No voice clarity
2)Automatic ending of call in between the talks
3)Even though my cell is free for the outside callers it gives mesage that my cell
is engaged or No number in existance creating a panic to the caller.
4)when I make call to out sider no ringing sound of opposite person phone to me. But
actually it gives sound them and they are lifting the phone and they are not getting
any voice of me but charges were debited my account.

So I made so many compalints to the customer care from 25.01.06 to till now. But my
problems were not resolved. But they are saying simply that they have rectified.
When I ask them if rectified why I will call them again the cutomer care executive
is telling that they dont know any thing they told that they got message from
technical team like that only and they are forwarding me the same answer.

So I got wexed up with those replies from customer care. Then I called DGM, MTNL and
informed all my problems. He admitted them and told the towers in Kharghar Area are
faulty and they will be replaced with new one very soon and asked me to wait till
that period.

Now it is 3 years completed but no rectification was made.

So please help me, how I have to proceed further.
