Reliance DataCard Payment issue

    Default Reliance DataCard Payment issue

    Dear Sirs,

    This is to bring to you kind attention that I have paid the bills for my Reliance DataCard number 9311232914 but my services are suspended.

    Please find attached the statement for the month of July duly showing the payment of Rs. 890 dated 08-07-2010. The password for the attached file is atul0508.

    Also find attached the receipt for the cash payment made on 28th’July’2010 for Rupees 711. I would also like to highlight that in the bill of July a late payment charge of Rupees 50 were added, which I would like to be waived off as I had made the payment for the month of June in time as per the attached statement. Attached you may also find an e-mail sent to Ms. Priya (from collections/retention) on 10th’Aug’2010 but no action has been taken.

    Please note that it has been a real pain for me talking to Reliance Customer and explaining them the same thing again and again. It has been more than a month that I am facing this problem and have called Reliance Customer Care several times but in vain. I have been told by them that they know that I have made the payment and there is a problem in their portal but no response has been received till date and my account Is still suspended. I have also been to Reliance Web World in Kamla Nagar, North Delhi and they have also not been of any help. I have never experienced such illiterate and unhelpful customer care staff ever in my life and it forced to me not to recommend any Reliance product to my friends.

    I have done everything I could do to get my services restored and finally I did not know what to do. And to my surprise, I received a letter from Reliance stating that they will take legal actions against me. To bring to your notice, this is what I should be doing and taking legal actions against reliance as I have made the payments in time and still the services are suspended. Please take appropriate legal actions against them.

    I would be really thankful if you could look into this matter urgently and have this solved ASAP.

    As per our discussion on the phone, You were informed that your issue with bill payment has been escalated to Reliance Communications Payment Department.
    Later, We tried calling you several times but there was no response. As per your complaint, Your payment has been credited to your account.

    i have buy a relience datacard with all my papers and its use only 5 days and its stop working i completed many times in customer care but they all told plz re submit your papers your papers lost. then i have resubmit my papers in near holi family hospital okhla community center relience office Delhi. they told your datacard active with in 5 hour i was waiting but datacard did not active. then i parches tata photon. after 6 or 7 month relience send me notice plz make payment 6500 rs what is this. they all fraude and making to all people fool. The Greatest Cheap Service Relience Data Card Internet.
