i am a user of BSNL broadband in agra. My Phone no. is 0562-2524366 and my
consumer no is 3560370.
I was using 500 COMBO+ Plan till last month and in the last weak of feb. i
applied for change of plan to UNLIMITED UL750+. I was told that it will take
3-4 to take changes, but on 04/03/2009 the Usage detail portal started
showing that the plan has been changed, previously it was showing My order
as 500C+ and from 04/03/2009 it was showing 750UL+, and also it was also
showing plan changed. i enquired to 1957 and they said that if it showing
like this then my plan has been changed. and i started downloading without
checking, but when i checked now, it is showing chargable mb from 4th march
2009 to 7 march 2009. i enquired it from my respective exchange i.e. SANJAY
PLACE exch. and also to SDE(BB) agra, but they said they dont have any
knowledge about it as the work on portal is not in their hands.
sir, according to the BSNL USAGE DETAIL PORTAL i've used 400 MB in between
01/03/2009 to 04/03/2009, but from 04/03/2009 to 06/03/2009 it is showing
5500 mb used, which should not be chargable.

sir please kindly help me as due to this technical mistake, i'll be charged
heavy amount, which i'll not be able to pay.

i've already contacted to concerned authorities about it, but no one has
replied yet.
