Dear Sir,


I have just registered as member of Consumer Court, and want to lodge
complaint against BSNL Telecom. But i am inacapable of doing the same.
Please tell the procedure regarding the same.

I am also attaching a letter which I have sent it to BSNL authorities.
Now I am mentally harrashed now and want to claim loss including opportunity
loss amount.
