Dear Sir,
I obtained a 750 Rs Unlimited usage broadband connection (Plan Name:
WICF750) from Reliance Communication in the year 2007 and I was using it.
(Location: Bangalore)
A termination request for terminating my Reliance Broadband Wimax connection
- subscriber ID 375433983534 was raised by me on October 4th 2008.
Termination request number is 77257919.
The billing date of my broadband is 27-October-2008. And this should have
been the last bill containing the termination details as well as the last
bill details. Note that the last usage of broadband was on September 29,
2008.
The connection was not terminated within 15 days as assured when the
termination request 77257919 was taken.
I received a bill with bill number 281431916780. As per this bill which I
received in the first week of November the bill amount is 841.17 Rs. And the
bill does not contain termination details.
The connection was terminated on November 15th and the device was collected
from mee on 22nd of November 2008 for which the service id is
OMBB200811151299705.
For all the subsequent days and months after November 15th I am being
charged and I received the bill even though the device was not with me.
In January end I received another such bill. Bill Number 281562804169. The
bill amount is 3501.85 (Rupees three thousand five hundred and one)
Note that termination request for terminating subscriber ID 375433983534 was
raised by me on October 4th. Termination request number is 77257919. The
device was taken from me on 22nd of November. I have already raised many
complaints, but this has not been taken care.
Why I am being charged for all the days and months after November 15th 2008.
The connection should have been terminated and the device should have been
collected not later than October 19th 2008
Can you please guide me in this regard.
Thanks
Srinidhi S. Rao
