Hi.. This is Muthuraman, I am using Airtel broadband connection..My plan is
799 unlimited 256kbps speed..

Past few days my internet connection was really slow so I called airtel and
I lodged a complaint.

But what they said was they changed my connection to 128kbps because my
download limit was exceeded.

I am really shocked to hear this my plan is 256 kbps unlimited and how can
they cut my connection to 128 kbps..

It was ridiculous on Airtel. I asked them why didn't you inform me they said
just now we made this decision..

I did not receive any mail in the internet as well as postal.....

Please tell me how to proceed on this subject to get down the fraud Airtel..
