    Default Complaint against Airtel Bharti Teleservices regarding the poor service

    This is regard with an issue regarding the Airtel Plan i am currently using on my landline no.-011-45052724. For past 3 years I am using a broadband plan of (Rs.250+Rs.100 Combo).
    On 14 August,2010, I opted for an Airtel IPTV connection & earlier I wanted to opt for this for a rental of Rs.299 plus the existing Broadband connection which
    I was using for past 3 years (Rs.250+Rs.100 Combo).
    But the problem arises when an executive whose name was Mr.Brijesh came to my house & said that you cannot opt for this plan with you current Broadband connection & you
    have to opt for a combined plan of Rs.999 plan.
    So forcefully, I agreed to opt for this plan & on 14th August,IPTV connection was installed at my home.
    After that I got a welcome call regarding this & I was asked that whether you are OK with the plan of Rs.999 you have opt for & I told them that I was only told to do so,but I was fine with my earlier plan. So the guy replied that I can also opt for the earlier existing plan as well. So that my current monthly plan would be now:-
    Rs.350(current broadband plan) + Rs.300(IPTV rental) = Rs.650, So I confirmed that I am OK with this plan & I also talk one of the supervisor named Mr.Harpreet Singh regarding this.
    And on 18th August I got a confirmation call that your plan has been changed in our database from Rs.999 to Rs.650.
    But on 16th August My landline stop working & it took 5 days to get it repair(Another Airtel Blunder) I would say, So on 21 August, I call the helpline no. 121 & ask for for the rebate for 5 days for which I got no service & to my surprise, the lady said that you are currently using Rs.999 plan (again an Airtel blunder).
    So I just want to know, when I have filed a complaint regarding that I don't want to use Rs.999 plan & I got a confirmation call that your plan has been changed to earlier one,

    Also on 3rd September my landline service was cancelled without informing me or confirming anything & the error message shows that your landline is out of service.
    So in this case what should I do to sue to Airtel.
