Sir my issue is with reliance broadnet services or reliance communications I’m a subscriber of Reliance since April 2008 under landline no. 01762-300292 and I never ever use the worst services like reliance providing in our area i.e. zirakpur (district: mohali, punjab). Sir the first issue we are facing with Reliance is that when ever power failure happens in our area all the reliance numbers got dead till power comes back. But reliance gives me this number as a consumer/personnel use not for commercial purposes & number + broadband was installed on my shop. So can I raise this matter to consumer forum? Because at the time of taking connection I provide address proof of my shop which clearly shows that im going to use it on my shop only.
