    Default Tataindicom Broadband internet services [PowerSurf 6600 ] problems .

    Iam reproducing a chain of emails that is happening right now between
    me and Tataindicom . The Customer Service is being bounced between
    lot of employees BUT no action is taken for a simple request.

    The Shifting of connection has not been done.



    Amjad from Back-end [020-66207009] was faxed the new address details
    about 2 weeks back.This was on August 4th or 5th.

    Could you touch base with Amjad and get an update. The old and new
    address are 70-80 mtrs apart in the same colony.



    We were promised that connection will be transferred within 5 working
    days.



    My new address is -



    J-Bldg, Flat number 1,

    HDFC Colony, TELCO road,

    Near KSB Chowk,

    Chinchwad [East].

    Pune - 411019.

    below BUT no action has been taken yet.



    This has got delayed for too long.

    Hello,

    Iam holding TATA Indicom account and am using PowerSurf 6600 . My
    account id is : sagarthanawala@....

    I am moving or shifting my residence to another bldg in the same
    colony.
    So i want to move the modem/cable etc. I have logged a complaint also
    for this.

    Please note that the outside cable has also fallen down from the
    building .

    My new address is :-

    J-1, HDFC Colony, Chinchwad [East], Near KSB chowk, TELCO Road ,
    Pune - 411 019.


    Old address is :- D4/5 HDFC Colony, [same as above]...

    Angry WORST SERViCE OF TATA BROADBAND

    SInce 23rd Aug 2009 my internet connection konked off and since then i have been giving complaints to Tata Broadband service providers
    The dumbos could not even detect the problem for fisrt 5 days and were misguiding me that thier server was down .
    After that the next story started that there is a wire cut in some place.
    So now they wasted another one week saying that they are solving the problem
    But in fact there is no wire cut as other using tata around my area are not having any such problems.
    So today after 15 days i am still without internet
    ANd the worst part
    Several times i asked for a refund of my money
    and i got the answer that there is no refund system in TATA
    bloody chors
