This is to bring to your notice regarding a complain which I registered regarding the Wimax not working.

Compliant nos – 135504064 and 135514108 (Dated 30th August 2010 @ 11.15 am)
I have been through a thorough mental and financial trouble because of the reliance Wimax connection not working the above complaint.
Here are the list of calls since Yesterday 30th August 2010(calling your customer care - 1800 3000 7777)
30Aug - 11.12 am i called and register a complain – [complain no 135504064] was told the issue will be resolved within 24 hours.- I complaint told Modem dead not working at all
11.30am – ur technical team call but I missed the call because I was on another call…. No call after that...
11.32am i called to chk
12.49 pm i called to chk and escalated
1pm – your tech team called (Ajay) … I complaint told Modem dead not working at all (got another complian no 135514108 - dont know why)
4.30pm – gets call from your registered partner (contact nos 9164500058 and 080 23227098) to say executive will come in half an hour, also she asked what the problem was... I mentioned same reply Modem not working.
I kept trying their no and following up but same reply he will come and check.
6pm – technical exec comes to check…. ( he doesn’t know what the problem was and does not get a working modem with him.) he goes to the office and comes back with another modem
@ 6.30pm – Tries to solve problem till 8.30pm CANT RESOLVE
31 Aug - 9.30am - I called and escalated and spoke to some senior guy named Sajan ….
12.26pm – YOUR TEAM closed issue... writing "Platform Wimax" as solution....... (My internet connection is not yet working no one has responeded…. But the issue is closed) HOW??????????????????
Again I called 12.27pm – Escalated (Sajan)
No call / Responses from any of your technical team or registered partners no… (Tried their no atleast 10 times since morning 9.30 am)
1pm your Technical person comes….
He solves problem by 1.30pm…. And without informing just leaves without Me checking if the internet is working fine… I am speaking to your Technical team on my mobile for almost 45 minutes at this time... till around 2 pm.
HOPEFULLY YOU WILL GO THROUTH THE ENTIRE CASE ABOVE…. MY Complain is..
I have mentally and financially been disturbed by the entire episode.. and look for a compensation….
Mentally because I tried to get this issue resolved but your team was least bothered to even response to the issue.. forget 24 hours as you can see the issue finally got resolved (after I struggled so much) after more than 26 hours ..
Financially because I make around 2000/3000 Rupees per working day(Monday to friday)…… and I hv lost 1 and a half day of work ….. also i made more than 50 calls to your customer care team and your solution partners .. contact nos 9164500058 and 080 23227098....
I want the compensation for the same.
Looking for a quick response.
