    Unhappy Wrong Billing of Airtel DSL Broadband

    Sub: Mental Harassment of a consumer given by your company (Airtel Bharti Ltd).
    Dear Sir,
    I, Syed Taqi Akbar, resident of Lucknow ,having a Broadband connection from 17th November 2008. My plan is Unlimited 1499 512 Kbps. After that I received a confirmation call from your call center , and they inform me that I have chosen sone different plan i.e. the 499 combo plan. Immediately, I objected to it and call your sales executive regarding the change plan. I asked your sales person about the confirmation call and told them to rectify the mistake made by your company. The sales person took my complaint. I told to the customer care people that either rectify my problem or disconnect the service and refund my amount. I have done many complaints to your customer care about this kindly note that in all my complaints I had clearly told that I had selected the plan 1499 512 Kbps and not 499 combo plan.
    Besides doing any solution you have send me the bill of Rs.9000 under the 499 combo plan. I am not going to pay this bill at any cost because the mistake was clearly from your side. Even I registered many complaints regarding this at your call center.

    I also would like to show some facts which highlight the negligence in services by your company “Bharti Airtel Limited” sales and customer care and also exposes the pathetic response you give to your customers and how you make them fool just to earn extra money.

    1) I selected the 1499 512 Kbps plan which is clearly mentioned on the form which I filled at the time of registration, in the presence of your Sales executive, Mr.Anand Kumar, 9956299116.
    2) When I received the confirmation call from your call center and I informed that my plan is 1499 not the 499 combo plan, they should immediately rectify the mistake done by you. Kindly tell me what is the use of confirmation cal.
    3) When your engineer came to me for installation , he showed me the application form in which the plan selected was ‘1499 512 Kbps’ as par my requirement. Then how can you change the my existing plan to 499 combo plan?

    4) Instead of rectifying the problem, you send me the bill of Rs.9000 under the plan which I had not selected.
    Please note that I have been subjected to intense mental agony, depression and harassment and have decided to file the complaint against you at Consumer court if the matter is not be resolved within 48 hours.

    Thumbs down No bills for past 4 months

    Hi,

    I didn't received the BILL for the past four months and i gave aroud 10 Requests to Aritel Custoer care but no response till now.

    Is it possible to get them in to customer cout for this act ?

    Default Excessive Billing

    I am in 599 combo plan (3GB limit with 256kbps and 150 calls free)

    I was getting lot of calls from airtel to upgrade my plan to 799 or 899, which i was not interested

    This month my unbilled usage is suddenly found 1.5G consumption within 3 hours which is highly impossible with the speed limit i have.


    I called up the customer care they repeatedly registered the complaints and closed asap without any resolution(just to save their jobs).


    No resolution any how, planning to go for another one now.

    Do not expect any resolution from Airtel. They are not in the business of resolving customer issues, only in the business of creating them. They have overcharged me for over a year by cheating me on this plan business and while they admit they were in the wrong, they say they cannot resolve my issues. Do not trust them.

    I ONKAR SINGH RANDHAWA SON OF SURJEET SINGH RANDHAWA IS GOING THROUGH YOUR MISTAKE IN MY PLAN
    I HAD ASKED YOUR CUSTOMER CARE ACQUISITIVE TO ACTIVATE THE PLAN OF 499 FOR MY INTERNET AND THEY HAVE ACTIVATED 495 PLAN
    I HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENT IN WHICH THEY GAVE ME 499 PLAN
    BUT DUE TO YOUR MISTAKE I AM GETTING BILLS OF 6000-7000
    I WONT ALL MY MONEY BACK WHICH I HAD BEEN PAYING FROM A LONG TIME
    I HAD ACTIVATED 499 PLAN IN THE MONTH OF JUNE-JULY AND DUE TO MY LACK OF CONCENTRATION I DINT NOTICE THAT I HAD 499 PLAN
    I AM NOT GOING TO PAY ANYMORE BILLS OF YOUR
    AND WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK
