    Angry Bharti Airtel False commitment

    Hi,

I am Manjeet Singh, R/o M-24, Shyam Nagar, New Delhi, I got Internet connection from one of the ISP in our area called I-Tel which is a local ISP dealer of Bharti Airtel as per they told me.

I-tel is located in Titar Pur area, Tagore garden, I got this pathetic connection 20 days back from this post, I was promised for 256kbps speed which I have not received till the date, It take ages to open the low bit Google page and years to open Gmail.

When complaint about the issue next day of the installation then they promised me to resolve the issue in half an hour, I called them more than 30 times on provided numbers and this was an ongoing process for next 5 days with no response from ITel, I decided to visited their office and told the guy(naveen/sanjay) to disconnect the connection and give my 1500 Rs. back they said talk to the I-tel franchise owner Mr. Kamal who are not even picking up my phone, suddenly after he gave me a call in the evening and assured me that my connection will be fine my tomorrow(18/08/2010).

I am still waiting for his tomorrow to come up and resolve the issue. When I called him today (29/08/2010) and said him that if you are not able to give me the service so please take out you connection I will look for another ISP (Internet Service Provider). He said no sir your connection is working fine there is no issue. I said boss I am using the connection I am sitting here and facing the connectivity issue come here and check it, he replied with NO and said its working fine we have checked it on our end, I immediate told him that I will take a legal action on this, he said do not threat me with legal jurisdictions my company is a Pvt Ltd company you cannot do anything and said do whatever you can do.
