    Hi,

    Its more than 24 hrs now and you stupid and useless people have still not called and my slow speed continues to persist which is not at all surprising anymore!!! What the shit are you guys doing there at Tikona??? Seems like all you guys are a bunch of losers who needs to be taught how to service your customers… I don’t think I want to use your lousy services anymore so please note that whatever is the last bill amount is never going to be paid by me.

    Just to keep you informed, I have also written about your lousy and sad service in all broadband blogs possible!!

    I would like to start by telling you how pathetic your services really are. I am sure you must be already aware of this fact as I am pretty sure that I am not the only cust who is upset about your poor services!

    Ever since I have taken your service, I have had nothing but recurring problems at a regular frequency. Every 2 weeks to a months time, I have to call you guys and make the same complaint…. “SLOW SPEEDS”. This has now become a regular practice for me and your service has become so unreliable that I have decided to disconnect your service. What’s worst is that now whenever I call your IVR and dial 1 for technical help, I am by default routed to a Cust Service Exec who only takes a complaint and then says “you will receive an SMS in 6 Hours with the resolution time mentioned in it”. Is this a JOKE???? Someone is upset that his internet service is not working and wants it fixed immediately and you say wait for 6 hours!!!! And that to only to receive an SMS… post that how much longer for a resolution???? So does your customer suffer in the mean time?? Is he not paying for the service???

    Coming to second part of this complaint, I had first called your toll free no to lodge a complaint about the slow speed on Monday 23th Aug at 05:00 hrs but your IVR said that you guys work only 8:00 Hrs– 00:00 Hrs. I hence requested for a call back as prompted by your IVR and punched in my mobile no. I then assumed that I will get a call back at the earliest as mentioned by your IVR. I however did not get any call back till date.

    Since I did not receive any call back and since the slow speed persisted, I called your toll free no again on Tuesday 24th Aug at 14:15 Hrs and spoke to Yogesh and for some reason he refused to give me his Last name stating that it was against company policy (but strangely your company policy did not stop some of your other agents whom I spoke to later from giving me their last names, so that means that either the policy is different for different agents or Yogesh does not know the policy!!!). After informing Yogesh about my problem, he informed me that he will have to take a complaint and then I would receive an SMS in 6 hrs with the resolution time mentioned in it. I got really upset that firstly I did not get the call back and now I have to wait for 6 hrs jus to know when I can have someone call me for a resolution. So that means your customer who is calling for help not only can’t get immediate help but now has to wait for 6 hrs plus to get the issue resolved. I refused to accept this and asked to speak to the manager, to which Yogesh just refused and since I got abusive due to the frustration he hung up on me!
    I then dialed again and this time I spoke to Suraj Gadgul who mind you had absolutely no problems in giving out his last name!!! I called him at about 14:22 Hrs and he finally took a complaint and gave me the complaint no: 1-756297674. Since I was so upset, he said that he had referred the case to his seniors and I would get the SMS on priority in 1 hour! I have still not got the sms or call!

    I called again the next day on Wednesday 25th Aug at 13:55 hrs since I did not receive the call and spoke to Sheetal Raut who again had absolutely no problems in giving out her last name!!! I gave her the complaint no and she told her that I did not get the sms or call. I also gave her the complaint no and she informed me that there was an update that there was some kind of bandwidth issue. She again then promised me that I will get the sms and call, and not surprisingly this time too I have still not received the sms or call!!!
    I seriously feel that you guys are just a bunch of jokers there who do not know how to conduct your business!!! I am dead sure that I will not be making any more payments to you guys till I get your freaking SMS and a call from your freaking technicians who should come and check how pathetic is the speed that guys are offering me after claiming to offer me 750 Kbps speeds!!!!
    I don’t think you guys should be in this business if you can’t offer basic customer service and help. Even your IVR is so hopeless which says dial 1 for technical help but routes you to a customer service exec!!!!
    If this issue is not resolved in the next 3 days with appropriate compensation then I will have this service disconnected. I am really hoping that this will be taken seriously else I am going to advertise your shitty service all over the broadband blog sites!!!

    Hi, I have been using Tikona for couple of months and had slow speed issues some time back. Their call center person advised me to keep the modem very close to window so that 4th LED is steady green, and also keep it ON always. N yaa, I was using wireless option earlier, but Ethernet cable worked much better for me.

    i have been using tikona since the past 5 months now. the plan i subscribed for is 799 - unlimited with a speed of 750 kbps. the problem is i never get speed above 256 kbps. i have contacted and lodged complaints with the tikona department many times but nothing happnes. my speed has till date never increased and i have never got my full speed yet despite having waited 5 months. i request the matter be looked at. i have lost all hopes. please help me.

    Below is the email written to tikona broadband services (nodal.maharashtra@tikona.in)
    I am writing this letter with utter frustration and disgrace.
    My customer ID : 1103460225

    This is to bring to your notice that, I have been following up with the Tikona officials (customer service) , technical team since the last 2 weeks.

    I have been trying the no of the technical team (toll free 18002094276, and then Dial 1) many times. Most of the times, I have called around 8-10 times out of which 4 times I am on hold for 30-45 mins with a voice message “ all our officials are busy at the moment and your call will be answered shortly)

    I then tried the billing customer care no (toll free 18002094276, and then Dial 2) and then gave a complain which they took. I then called up the technical team they have been discussing with me and saying that they would responding withing 48 hrs. After many discussions, My complain was registered on 08/10/2011. I had told specifically that my LAN is not getting connected.One of the customer service technical staff informed me do certain things by phone which was not helpful and he informed he would send the engineer. Once the Engineer visited last week he checked the modem and the cable wire. He is saying there is a problem with the cable line and then he informed he would come on Saturday. Then I called him many times ,he is just giving different times but not coming.

    I am not getting support from the technical staff at office who is just giving me future timings saying that my complain is registered and the engineer is also just giving different dates.

    It has become very difficult for me to sustain without the connection as I do many of the Official work also from Home .

    I would also request you to either stop the service if I am not able to get the net connected by tomorrow as it is leading me to loss of official work.

    Also if you are getting this connected by tomorrow the I would also like to deduct the billing for these days from 08th October as I am not at all using my net due to the technical problem at your end for which I am not liable to pay for these days in the monthly billing.

    Every time some one complaints these JUNKIES come and reply the same shit...."We are grateful that your service request was brought to our attention" but nothing is done from there side....just for formality they do this I guess.

    I have taken 2MBPS plan for Rs 1499.... Upto 36 GB 2mbps there after 1 mbps unlimited no Fair Usage policy.....but once in blue moon I get 1mbps otherwise 570kbps default what a network

    Unhappy Tikona Service and Disconnection Problem

    Hi my user id is 1101708400.

    New Disconnection Request 1-2166789350
    Old
    Disconnection Request 1-2094567221 (This was not serviced)

    In December I was facing technical problems with Tikona service but was not getting help from Tikona technical care. As a result I was not able to log on through out December and Jan. I had placed a disconnection request in January and confirmed many times with customer that the disconnection request was processed. The customer care even called to as when the modem could be picked up from my house.

    Eventually the modem was not picked up and 2 days ago I am being called by a Tikona Care person asking me to pay high bill which includes charges for Dec-Jan period when I was facing connection & services problems as well as monthly charges for the new month (Jan-Feb). I was also informed that my service had been renewed without my approval and without informing. I had not even received a bill in my email or a phone call for Tikona.

    I would like you to deduct the billing as I am not at all using the service due to the technical problem at your end (including bad customer service) for which I am not liable to pay for.

    Please stop my service immediately or I will have to take alternative measures.
