Respected Sir/madam,
My name is Santosh Salunke I have taken Tataindicom Broadband connection unlimited plan on 26th November 2008 I paid 4495 Rupees in advance after paying this amount i got a call form tataindicom asking me 130 rupees, they told me that u have extra usage of 3 to 4 days i paid rupees 130.
my service is getting over on 26th march so i have not used the connection from 25th march and then also this people are asking me to pay 370 rupees.
They have not confirm me wheather to continue my connection or not and they have charged me 370 rupees and they told me that if i not paid the amount within 3 to 4 days then they will keep my connection active and they will charge me the full amount whatever it may be.
Customer support execute lady had asked me to pay 1030 rupees i told her that madam u didnt ask me whether to continue my connection or not she replied me "do we give each and every customer the call or what?". With these word she offended me like anything.
I went to the Tataindicom center and i have given him one example. I told him that you are a employee of Tataindicom company and if suppose u r not intimating the company and taking the leave for 10 days will your company pay you???? If i am not using your connection then how can i pay for that.
Please provide me the solution.
If I am wrong at my place i will definately pay the amount.
