    Default Tataindicom Complaint

    Respected Sir/madam,

    My name is Santosh Salunke I have taken Tataindicom Broadband connection unlimited plan on 26th November 2008 I paid 4495 Rupees in advance after paying this amount i got a call form tataindicom asking me 130 rupees, they told me that u have extra usage of 3 to 4 days i paid rupees 130.

    my service is getting over on 26th march so i have not used the connection from 25th march and then also this people are asking me to pay 370 rupees.

    They have not confirm me wheather to continue my connection or not and they have charged me 370 rupees and they told me that if i not paid the amount within 3 to 4 days then they will keep my connection active and they will charge me the full amount whatever it may be.

    Customer support execute lady had asked me to pay 1030 rupees i told her that madam u didnt ask me whether to continue my connection or not she replied me "do we give each and every customer the call or what?". With these word she offended me like anything.

    I went to the Tataindicom center and i have given him one example. I told him that you are a employee of Tataindicom company and if suppose u r not intimating the company and taking the leave for 10 days will your company pay you???? If i am not using your connection then how can i pay for that.

    Please provide me the solution.
    If I am wrong at my place i will definately pay the amount.

    Respected Sir/madam,

    My name is Shiva Nand Suman. I am using TATA INDICOM connection which no. is 9213646968.
    My complin is, they have activated 2 mobile packages which name is SUPERHOTPACONS & ALADIN without my prio knowledge
    and continuosly deducting the amout for that.

    When I came to know about that and talked to Customer Care execute on date 06/02/2010 and wanted the Complain Id for this
    then he told me that this is only the information that we provide and he disconnected the line. I further tried to talk
    with Customer Care that day but they only directed me to automated computer system. I could not be able to talk with
    Customer Care executive that day.


    Please provide me the solution.
    I know that this is a matter of small amount. But this is not a way to earn money.

    Default Tata indicom teleshop has just make me fool when i bought it new no. from

    Respected Sir, I bought new no. is 9266791721 (Sim No. is A10000119309DA(80CASE97) from Bahi Electronics, GL-18, Jail Road, Near Petrol Pump, Hari Nagar, New Delhi-110064 on Dated 17/09/2011 time 6:50.

    Sir, I bought this sim on Saturday, for using internet, in Rs. 300/-, when I bought this sim that time vendor was telling me you can use this sim for your CDMA Data Card you have 5GB free data, and you will get the Rs. 25/- and it will be valid for one month, and he told me also if you want to use this sim on your CDMA Data Card so than you need to pay me Rs.100/- more, because he was telling i will do some programing on this sim, so after that you will be able to use this sim without any charge for one month and you can use on you computer, but when i was using this sim on my PC so that time they charge me and my balance has been finished, and till now i have not made any call, when i went to his shop again for complaing this so that time he was telling me you can use only your mobile, and he started fighting with, and he beat me also, so just write complain about him they have sold me sim in costly rate, i asked to other one he was telling me you could have found this sim only Rs. 200/-, so I want to do complain because i have paid him Rs. 200/- more for my sim but i am unable to use internet on my computer,

    Sir, on 19 September 2011 I went to Rajori Garden Tata Indicom Office, TDI Mall, that person was telling me that he has just made you fool and he charged more money from you, because this sim can't be use on your computer, if you will use so than you will have pay money, this data can be used only on your mobile, thats why sir i want to receive amount which one i have charged more, and want to write complain also about him

    It's likely that someone else is using your network.
    I don't think it could do any harm, no. Worst case scenario, reboot your machine...
    I've seen too much of you ...

    Default discontinuance of service

    Dear Sir,
    I have disconnected my Tata Indicom phone no.022-65101586(Account No.976407134)
    with effect from 6th May 2011.But I am receiving the Bills every month even though
    the instrument is not in use.I request you to close my account and discontinue sending
    bill.
