Bad Service - not able to connect to Internet Hi,
I am Pradeep, Around 20 days back i have taken broad band connection from TATA Indicom and from that time at max 3 or 4 times I was able to browse. When I reach out to tech support prople, and after 45 mins to 1 hour trouble shooting, they say that they are not able to solve it.
Many times I have written them to get my money back or provide me services, but they never come back. Please help me to solve this problem as i do not understand who should I reach.
