Well I had register a complain on 24 March 2009 about slow browsing. The Sify Engg told me its due to broadcating . Despite my several efforts it was not solved .Finally on 2 April it was solved . The reason was faulty cable & not broadcasting. I got compensation of 7 days of 256 Kbps only instead of 512 Kbps which is my current package . When I asked the reason, they said "We dont have demo/Compensation package of 512 Kbps ( Call center).I have registered complaint against this.
I have emailed at customercare@sify.com to send me the details of all the complains with their responses I made & the reason for not awarding 512 compensation package
I need help to get the compensation of 512 Kbps.
1>Do I have the rights to ask for the above details?
2> What action should I take if they refuse to compensation.
