Hi,

I have disconnected my hathway connection and handed over modem on 25th Nov08. When I enquired about the refund amount of 1000/- i was asked to wait for one month as it takes some time for processing. I clearly explained to them that i was leaving chennai and moving to hyderabad on a transfer and hence credit the amount in my account number or send me cheque. Its been 4 months. Inspite of my umpteen followups, nothing has been done. i have sent atleast 15 mails to chennaihelp@hathway.net and i have also tried calling the customer care numbers. After listening to my problem, call gets disconnected or my call will get transfered to some other person. I think this is going no where.

I need my refund amount of 1000/- back. Please help.
