CAN ANY ONE HELP?

*-- This is about the sad state of affairs of RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS
offering broad band.**I stay in DLF Phase 2 Gurgaon and on june 2 nd ,I was
approached repeatedly by reliance persons to give a power connection **for a
feeder box outside my house . i did that and on the 10 th of June the power
connection and the wire for the broadband was put **without getting active
.I was told it would be done in a weeks TIME . Since then till today i have
called the reliance gurgaon persons many many times but they have NT started
the connection and in today's world have taken 3 months and yet not given
broadband connection inspite of my cooperating with them and letting them
wire my house and use the power connection . *

*Is this what the service levels are in today's world of communications ?*
*I wish that all readers would realise that this is how they treat a normal
consumer .*
