I have 256 unltd plan !!! dese guys shud provide 60kb/sec..but m getting jst 15kb/sec...wen i ask dem,,de say dat u r getting normal speed..d speed will rise bt frm d past 1 mth der has nt been increase in d speed...i gonna leave pacenet now...never take pacenet...dese assholes dnt even knw how 2 speak 2 d cust.....TAKING PACENET IS JST MONEYWASTE...........PACENET SUCKS...............!!!

pacenet is giving worst service , i have renew my 256kbps plan since then i'm getting a bullshit service

its really pathetic.i have 512 kbps plan,should get 60 kbps download speed.
firstly it is giving intermittent connection and no one cares for it,secondly speed is slow and costumer care is absolutely pathetic.it really sucks.never opt for pacenet.its fucking bullshit.

even i am a user of pacenet, and the services that i am getting is pathetic. this connection up time is hardly 6-8 hours a day. rest all time it shows wanpppoe error. i have complained this to there helpdesk team and to there manager but every time the response i get assurance that will resolve in 1 week,,, and its been 4 months but no resolution.. so i request you all to don't go with this local broadband provider...

Do Not Go For Pacenet...Its Worst than I thought...

You are Crying for 256kbps plan I purchased their 4mbps plan which should give 512kbps transfer speed...

But I am getting Only 2-3mbps speed...Its been two months but they are doing nothing but assuring...Ping Time is more so everything connects very late...
Everyday I spend 10rs balance On them for calling and complaints...Also they shutdown their servers anytime they want..with no explanation
