Details of complaint
(1)Network speed:-
I have been provided with a broadband+ modem Make-Huewei,in the month of Aug-2009. Even after repeated complaints the problem of speed could not be resolved. My signal strength still hovers from High speed 1x to broadband throughout the day which has been established by the service engineers of Reliance Net . I have taken a 10GBN2Gbday tariff facility.
It may please be noted that the tariff applicable is supposedly for a broadband facility. But when a customer gets a paltry connection speed of 'high speed 1x' then the broadband tariff is simply 'NOT APPLICABLE' and he should only be charged as per 'high speed 1x' tariff structure.
(2)Day-Night facility:-
As per the tariff-the total download facility during Night (10PM to 6 AM) is 10 GB, while in the Day hours(6 AM to 10 PM) it is 2GB
Modus operandi of Reliance Net is brought in the following lines
---When a customer logs on at say 9.55 PM and continues well past 10 PM , then he is being charged to Day account! and the usage is being added to the day account
----However, when a customer logs on at say 5.55 AM and continues well beyond 6 AM, then he is again being charged to DAY usage account instead of pasing on the advantage of Night browsing.
The network has been programmed by Reliance Net to get disconnected automatically at 6AM but the same network is foolish to alert the customer and do so at 10 PM (Heights of hypocracy!)
