I had a reliance broadband connection. Due to some reasons I called reliance service center and requested to disconnect the connection. I had got the written communication from them through email that the number termination process is initiated for the subscriber ID 1130628947 and the rental of your service will be stopped from 31/01/2010. They also mentioned that their representative will be visiting for the collection of the equipment installed by RCOM at my premises for running the services and to handover the equipment to him. But till today nobody came for the collection of equipment.
They are still charging me for the broadband service. They call every month and every time I had to explain them. Instead of disconnecting they argue and harass me. Now they say that they will go to court. Please tae up this matter and resolve the issue.
