This is in reference to my Landline no. 0172-2561022. I am using broadband on this no. since last 2 years but since last week i am facing a problem for which i have complained to BSNL several times.
My BB is not working and whenever i try to connect it shows error code 651. Regarding this issue i have called up at 1500, 198 and even to DN BSNL. Kindly help me out for the same.
In such a case if my broadband is not working for about 1/4 th of the month then why should i pay rental for one complete month.

This same problem occured with me too.. My broadband is not working from last 9 days.. I got 651 error. Already lodge a complaint many times bt still no solution. kindly help me. my landline no. 2564060 ...
