I had worst experience of internet with beam cable these days. There Servers are always down, they are very bad in technical support. You have to wait for approx. 30 min. On calls to reach their customer support. It was one of my worst experiences last month. For almost 15 days my internet was not working and collection guys are asking me to pay for entire month. Not only this when asked they say its our policy and you have to make the payment. Now tell me. What should I do. I registered 5-6 complaints in 10 days. Waited for their customer support guy for approx. 30 min each day and then i get this feedback.
It really very bad service at Hyderabad and I would never recommend it to anyone and need help to know what should I do???
