I had requested Tikona broadband services for my home desktop in May '2010. The engineer came to my place and he couldnt get the network so I was asked to cancel the request. I canceled my request immediately and had asked to send my cheque and documents back. I was told it would done soon by the customer care. Instead of returning my money, the cheque was deposited and my account was debited with Rs 500. I call up customer care again and they say it was an error and another cheaque would be issued to me. There has no action taken for this till today. I have to keep calling the customer care again and again and only to hear that it will be done as soon as possible. Its been more than 2 months now.
