    Angry complaint against airtel employee

    Hi,

    This is to inform you that i have applied for broadband internet connection on 13th july 2010(Application number 2308825). I have paid an amount of Rs. 650 in which Mr. Pramod (who is working in mayur vihar 3rd floor near to sagar ratna resturant in New Delhi and his mobile number is 9958040432) told me that they will take 500 as the advance rent for the plan and the remaning 150 rupees, they will take as token money as they will make a rent aggreement for me as i am living on a rented house and i dont have rent agreement. Then i told him that is okay you can go ahead and provide me the connection as soon as possible.
    Then after 2-3 days i called him back as there is no reply from their side and then after they told me that they will arrange the connection till sunday, then on sunday i called him back for the connection and at that day they told me that no line is available as this area is not feasible.
    Then after again 2-3 days i told him to give my money back to me or either you will arrange that connection to me in Laxmi nagar but in that area the connection is not available as i came to know about that information from the customer care department, after again 2-3 days, i went to the office where Mr. Pramod is working and over there i met Mr. Sarkar (M-9810016649)and Mr. Tripathi (M-9650640033), they told me they will cant do any thing until and unless Mr. Pramod will come back to the office as he is on leave for last 1 week, i said why should customer will sacrifice as this is totally a fault of your employee then they will said they cant do anything as Mr. Pramod not deposit my application in the office.
    Now After 15 days, i called Mr. Tripathi and they told me that Mr. Pramod told him that they had not taken any amount from me and also Mr. Sarkar rejecting my calls.
    Now whenever i was trying to call Mr. Pramod, they told me that they will give my money after another 10-15 days.
    I dont understand how these people can destroy the image of Airtel. I am very dissatisfied with these kind of services from Airtel.
    My only question to the Airtel officials, if they are listening, is even If i pay this amount and let go everything, would they ever be able to build the faith I have lost.
    I wish Airtel will resolve my case as soon as possible and will revert back to me as soon as possible.

    Hello Sir,

    I am facing so many problem related with airtel landline connection but when i called to sunil paul(area head) he talked to me in very bad manner.He told to me directely i cann't help you.

    Default Ill treatement by Shri Janardhan Customer Care Employee - reg

    My Mobile No. is 9849059943 in the name of K. Balakrishna is facing problem with Airtel Mobile service, as daily an amount of Rs.5/- is being deducted from my balance and when i made a Call to Customer Care No.12144 on 14-02-2011 at about 0915 PM from Anakapalle ( Visakha Dist ), Shri Janardhan who attended my complaint ill treated me and made me to hold on for half an hour neither connecting to the concerned floor incharge nor he resolved my problem, this is ridiculous on the part of the staff and if I could not get any proper reply from your authorities i will not hesitate to approach legally in this aspect.

    Default Airtel prepaid card-issue with GPRS amount got ded

    I received a call from airtel executive clamming himself from complaint department talked like a machine and was least intrested in solving my problem,He called me from 09004655597 at 17:58 on 15-11-2011,and told the name as Imran, I told him to transfer the call to Team Leader. One came with a name of Jagvendra repeated the same thing and was least intrested in solving my problem.I would like a strict action should be taken against these two and i want a apology letter by the company airtel and i want to have apology by Mr Jagvendra because instead of solving the issue he disconnected stating "airtel ka keemti waqt barbaad karne k liye dhanyawaad" For once i would have directly register a case in consumer court.Airtel claim to be the best in telecom company with the maximum number of customer in all over India but if this is the way they treat there customers than i would have never gone for airtel portability.

    Issue- my gprs stays active 24/7 and this time without prior notification (like always one sms used to come for auto renewal) the amount got deducted from my balance, I checked the status from *567# and gprs plan of 98 for 2Gb was still active. So i raised a complaint. Then again amount was deducting so I deactivated it and after few minutes activated again from *567#. Those two are adamant saying that it is correct and won't give refund. I asked for Manager. Team Leader refused and did not take the responsibility. I used to call Customer Service so many times and everytime one or the other disconnects the call.Very frustating.
