Hi,
This is to inform you that i have applied for broadband internet connection on 13th july 2010(Application number 2308825). I have paid an amount of Rs. 650 in which Mr. Pramod (who is working in mayur vihar 3rd floor near to sagar ratna resturant in New Delhi and his mobile number is 9958040432) told me that they will take 500 as the advance rent for the plan and the remaning 150 rupees, they will take as token money as they will make a rent aggreement for me as i am living on a rented house and i dont have rent agreement. Then i told him that is okay you can go ahead and provide me the connection as soon as possible.
Then after 2-3 days i called him back as there is no reply from their side and then after they told me that they will arrange the connection till sunday, then on sunday i called him back for the connection and at that day they told me that no line is available as this area is not feasible.
Then after again 2-3 days i told him to give my money back to me or either you will arrange that connection to me in Laxmi nagar but in that area the connection is not available as i came to know about that information from the customer care department, after again 2-3 days, i went to the office where Mr. Pramod is working and over there i met Mr. Sarkar (M-9810016649)and Mr. Tripathi (M-9650640033), they told me they will cant do any thing until and unless Mr. Pramod will come back to the office as he is on leave for last 1 week, i said why should customer will sacrifice as this is totally a fault of your employee then they will said they cant do anything as Mr. Pramod not deposit my application in the office.
Now After 15 days, i called Mr. Tripathi and they told me that Mr. Pramod told him that they had not taken any amount from me and also Mr. Sarkar rejecting my calls.
Now whenever i was trying to call Mr. Pramod, they told me that they will give my money after another 10-15 days.
I dont understand how these people can destroy the image of Airtel. I am very dissatisfied with these kind of services from Airtel.
My only question to the Airtel officials, if they are listening, is even If i pay this amount and let go everything, would they ever be able to build the faith I have lost.
I wish Airtel will resolve my case as soon as possible and will revert back to me as soon as possible.
