    Default airtel wrong speed provide and make bill according to yourself.

    Dear Admin,
    I am regular user of Airtel 01147090242, i am using 499 Per Month Plan combo broadband plan from Airtel, during four month provide good service after four month check dsl speed through ping I got 64kbps according to plan 512kbps provide by airtel. after complain stop ping view but i have print screen of ping.
    my usual bill is around 600 rs/per month but this month they are telling over billed amount of 2000Rs till date and i should pay some amount to continue uninterrupted service.

    Please help, i am not satisfy internet speed and can not pay such big amount being student.

    airtel broadband issue
    can nybody help me out om this....
    i had shifted to airtel broadband plan of rs 550 from rs because i felt
    my usage not high....i must be noted that 6 was an unlimited plan..when
    i recieved my next bill after the change of the plan i was shocked to
    see a pending amount of Rs 6000..when contacted to airtel care they
    sais that you have used our internet for this amount...the next month
    bill rose to Rs 11000..and connection was disconnected without showing
    any concern..many of their executives called up and after listening to
    the problem assured the assistence..bt today somebody called up from
    court stating that a case has been filled against you.they said notice
    was served to you thrice n has been recieved by some person.we are 2
    people in my house so there is no chance of misplacing of notice..in
    short i have not recieved any of the notice..
    now i'm asking that why would a person change the plan for a mere 150
    bucks if the usage would have been so high..he would have stick to
    unlimited plan only..but i got no response from them and a case has
    been filled against me...what should i do????
