I am regular user of MTNL, and have the unlimited plan.....since last week my internet stopped working and is the ADSL light is either on or off.....and sometimes it come on and 10 seconds later is off.....

I have filed numerous complaints with 198, and in Delhi at 1504 and have been issued various tickets for resolution. I also visited the exchange, as I came to know that they have shifted the exchange and it is causing a lot of problems.

Anyhow - after 2 visits from the MTNL outsourced staff (who, I might add) are completely useless people - my connection is still the same.

Now, I have no resort but to cancel the plan and get a new provider.
