Airtel not providing connection after taking money I regiestered for Airtel broadband and landline connection on 9th July and paid Rs.500 to Airtel Sales exectuive. He get signed some forms and collected money from us, and promised to have connection in 3 working
day.
After more then 50 calls to different executives and sales people they install
only BROADBAND connection ( No landline phone, reason quoted that only Rs.250 is paid) and giving n number of excuses ( They are also not ready to return my money also). My broadband connection is
also not working properly and landline phone is yet to install.
I cannot regiester complaint through Calling 44444121 because Airtel IVRS is
asking to punch my landline number. Hence I am regiestring my complaint through
mail. I register complaint to Airtel and didn't receive any assistance from them after 48 Hrs also. My complaint no. is 35625906.
This is pure harrasment by Airtel to a customer and playing with customer
money. I want Airtel to address my concern at the earliest. If I receive the
bill without addressing my concern, I will take Airtel to consumer court.
