Dear Sir/ Madam,

I brought Tokona Internet connection from Tikona Digital Networks with deposit of Rs. 500/-. They installed connection for my PC. But it was not worked at that time (at the time of installation), so engineer told me our senior will come & resolve the problem. After some days one sr. person came to my home, but he also failed to start my Internet connection.

After irritating experience from Tikona Engineers, I launched complaint at their customer care for taking back their connection & return my deposit of Rs. 500/-. Then engineer from Tikona came & taken back there connection, & inform me that Rs. 500/- cheque will come to you through post or courier.

But after waiting for long long time (say something approx 2 months) my cheque (Deposit money), I have not yet received. I want to launch complaint against Tikona Digital Networks for Cheating by providing of non working connection & not returning for deposit money of Rs. 500/-
