I would like to bring to your notice that I had taken a Broadband
connection with tikona digital networks on 14 of july 2010.

my user id is 1101666587 it was promised to me that internet was provide a download speed of 512Kbps and a transfer rate of 64Kbps. we have also taken a all home wifi CPE from the same company for providing internet to as many as 4 laptops.
But I am not getting any of the services. i am getting a download speed of 50Kbps and sometimes it is 1Kbps also and a transfer rate of around 1Kbps almost all time. as i have mentions above I have also taken their all home wifi CPE but only 1 laptop can be connected to it at the max. Mostly i have to try many times to even get connected to internet.
I have already brought all their compliance in the company's notices but their is no response from their side . Each time i call their call centre the operator tell their service engg will contact me. but no have still contacted me.
These company's should not be given licence to run the company. They promise people different stuffs and charge them in advance and whey they are approached for their in-efficiency they do not even bother to respond.
hoping that either the service will improve or i need compensation for the mental harassment due to degraded services and refund of all the payments made to them.
