HELLO,
I requested airtel for a new connection, after a long time they came and took all the documents and photos.
i also paid the amount. but they refused to give the receipt.
they even told me that they didnt get the application form and the receipt book.
when i called customer care they are ready to pay only half of the amount to me.
but still i am not getting any response from them, they are not giving me the connection, documents and the money as well.
please help me.
