    Default Wrong billing & Harassment by Reliance Communication

    I was using broadband connection of Reliance communication till Nov 2009. I gave the request for disconnection of broadband in October and finally i recd the communication that by 12 Nov my braodband will be disconnected and was done so. But when i recd the bill for Nov 2009, it was billed up to 21 Nov that is the full month cycle. I objected to the bill as broadband was disconnected on 12 Nov which they agreed and asked me to pay the last bill after adjusting the amount which they calculated and informed me which I paid. But to my surprise again in the next month cycle i.e. 22 Nov to 21 Dec, I got the full month rental bill. But despite my strong objection and repeated emails I was not given any satisfactory reply and was asked to pay the bill. Where as in the next month cycle bill they have clearly given the details of last bill which was adjusted due to termination of connection. Also the Wimax equipment which was installed at my premises was taken off on 30 Nov for which I have customer service termination advice letter with me.

    From then on I have been receiving the calls from Reliance Communication for the payment of the last bill which I refused to pay and told them to rectify their record as I have no dues pending. But they refuse to listen and I kept getting the calls. Now one proclaimed lawyer started giving me call from Jaipur High Court that they have a case pending against me from Reliance Communication regarding one non-payment of bill.

    I would like to ask your advice about what to do in this case and how I can file a complaint against the harassment and this cheating and what help I can get from consumer court.

    Default Discontinuation of Reliance landline and broadband service

    I was having Reliance landline and broadband connection in year 2008. In same year I discontinued the service and returned the telephone instrument as well as modem. My Subscriber ID is 339685490806. I got the Reliance Customer Service Termination Advice dated 02.12.08 wherein it is clearly mentioned that both the instrument have been returned by me.

    Now after -3- years I got a phone call for payment of both the instrument otherwise they will issue a legal notice for not paying the charges. My CPE code is 1876004041 and its Model No. is SNOT004RE43A.

    I once again request you to go through my complain regarding unnecessary harrasment. You can verify my Mobil track record for your satisfaction. My Mobile No. is 9376174828.

    Default Reliance landline

    Sir,

    This is with regard to my earlier complaint 10 days ago. I had got Reliance landline and broadband connection in year 2008. After sometime i.e. in Dec 2008 I discontinued the service and returned both the instrument i.e. landline telephone instrument and modem of which i have got the receipt from your local dealer in Ahmedabad, nehrunagar area.

    To be honest I dont remember my landline telephone no. but I had wrote model no. of my telephone instrument. My CPE code is 1876004041 and its Model No. is SNOT004RE43A. After 3 years I am getting phone calls from your office that if I dont pay the charges of both the instrument I will be issued a legal notice.

    If this is the kind of service or harrasement? we will get from a company which is proving themselves to be a gujarati company. At lease being a gujarati and from ahmedabad we expect for good service from you. I had also mentioned that I am having mobile with Reliance card since very long and m getting very good services. my mobile no. is 9376174828 which also i had mentioned in my previous complaint. my e-mail id is viresh109@yahoo.com
