    Question Reluctant Service from one of Airtel Broadband Service provider

    Dear Airtel Customer Services,


    I had approached one of your Direct associate named Maruthi infotech CENTRE [ 11/1 BLOCK A WEST WING KORMANGLA INNER RING ROAD AMARJYOTHI LAYOUT BLORE 71
    PH:41100100 ]for Airtel Broad band connection on 27-06-2010, in spite of several follow ups from my end, i am yet to receive an update nor connection for the request. However my account is debited for the cheque issued as security deposit for the above mentioned connection request.
    Also when i checked with the Executive and Team leader about refunding my security deposit, there was no proper response, I am an exisisting Airtel customer for more than five years now and never expected such an bitter experience from your Team.

    Hello,
    As you mentioned that you have already registered your complaint with the Airtel Broadband customer care but still not get any response, so we suggest you to send a written notice to the Nodal Officer via email or registered post, mention all the details in it and ask them for the refund with in the mentioned time in the notice, wait for their response and revert us back.
    Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.
