    Unhappy Money not being returned(cheated) - Airtel Broadband Connection!!

    Whomsoever It May Concern:

    I am Arjun, I happened to subscribe for a broadband connection in the first week of April 2010. I made a payment of an amount of Rs. 1000 promptly, but unfortunately due to "junction box being 100 meters away", I was unable to get the connection. So, as per Airtel agreement, they were supposed to refund back my money within a month. It has been almost over three months now, I am yet to get back my money. Every time, I call "Airtel Broadband Customer Care", they keep saying me "your money will be refunded within a month on so and so date, you will get a cheque on so and so date", and this has been happening for the past three months, but still no sign of my refund amount. Till now, I have received three "service request numbers", i.e., 3381130, 32549388, 32066196. I keep getting such "false information from Airtel team and so many request numbers", but ultimately I am not getting a solution. Is this the way how Airtel treat its customers, when they expect the customer to pay the money promptly, dont they think customer will also expect something like that back promptly????

    As a final resort, I am writing this mail in this forum to let everyone know about my condition. It will be highly appreciated if someone could give me a solution to this.
