    Thumbs down TAtA photon bill fraud also lier sales guy

    1) I had taken a tata photon card on 12th April 2010 with providing all the docs and money
    sales guy assured acct will get activated in 1 hour
    I have his sms as proof
    till 18 April I made 81 calls to him ,no activation


    I filed online complaint



    He activated on 19 th









    2) for that month bill they started billing from 12 th only
    many times I raised request even mailed to nodal officer ,no +ve reply ,but anybody can clearly see when account is activated






    3) I had plan of 10 gb night download and 5 gb day download


    When I was taking acct ,sales guy did not told me I have to dis connect and again re-connect
    so they had excessive billing of 5000+ on me









    conclusion

    1) There is no co-ordination in sales team and billing team for tata photon
    2) sales guy are unethical
    3) They are only after money not service
    4) may be they take revenge on customer for defamation,just a possibility


    I have seen tons of complaint already for tata photon excessive billing


    Money is no matter but mental harassment ,negligence of duty

    I unless some be pro-active enough to fetch them in consumer court they will keep going
    how can we make India powerful than America unless such people are there?

    Default Tata photon plus is a result of bunch of cheater ... Customer beware and dont buy

    It is also happened with me.... While buying tata photon plus i also suffered a lot... Even if i submitted all the paper they did not give me connection..... They let me move day after day in middle of the summber... The time they sold the photon to me, they were showing so helpful... But once i paid the money they turned their ass to me..... Some how i managed to get the connection after 20 days...... When they sold the photon to me at that time they said i can get 3days free download .... And also did not say anything about the disconnection the net...

    However...i downloaded 2gb... Within three days without knowing that they are charging this ..... After three days .... I controlled my surfing.... It used to be within 20 mb to 60 mb... Even... The service they provided in tata photon plus is so poor same as photon wiz...... No even i finished 10 days of my connection .. I started getting call from them... And they told me... My bill is 6000 and above.... I got shock... How is it possible ? Within 10 days ... 6000rs?... Imagine... How big cheater they are......?i told them to give me detail they said.. It is not possible... All i need to do is pay the money within 2 or three days otherwise they will disconnect the net.

    I am just a student, i can not imagine to think about paying such a big amaount... Even.. I told the salesman while buying that i am targeting 500rs per month to pay... He said yes.. If you pay 500 rs bill it is sufficient for you.....i did not imagine that they are going cheat me like this..if i would have any idea then i could not even think to buy tata photon plus.

    So, after few day.. They send me one bill by mentioning the amount... Seeing the bill my head was moving..... I tried to contact the customer care....they urged to pay the bill otherwise they will register case against me..... Even... One day one person called me from tata customer care by saying that he is having company secretory degree and he is in this field morethan 15 year and he knows how snatch money from customer....i was surprised to hear his voice .. You know guys.. He was talking like roadside rowdy.....i understood nicely not only one or two person but... Most of the people in this company are cheater.... They dont think to increase the sales for the sake of companies well but for their own interest....... Even a high post employee does not know how behave with customer then what to say?.... Even they threatened me not by the leagel issues but also by unwanted way... Like they can hit me if i dont pay within one day....

    I have been having no way.. As i am so poor hardly i can manage my survival.... If it is about 400 or 500 rs then i can manage.. But they gave me big burden on my head... Even i cannot study also... Evey one day or two days they use to call me and threat me.....
    I requested them so many time.. Once i will have job then i will pay you... But ... They said ...they dont want to hear anythng ... They want me to pay now... Now day before yesterday they... Are threatening me again by saying... They have registered case against me in court......

    Now tell me guys why am i suffering? ... Just because i bought tata photon plus...... Truly saying guys... Dont even think to buy any product of tata.. They are real cheater.... They want to suck the blood of poor people........if you buy then your condition will be like me... It is better you go for prepaid mobile net within 100rs... I think it is better ... I know it is not fast but if you see then in india hardly you will get faster net like other countries.....india is finished by these greedy politicians and greedy corporates.....better choose foreign companies to get good services...no matter it is little bit costly at they are not cheater like our own companies specially like tata.......

    Angry Tata photon plus shows excess data usage

    I am a user of tata photon plus in kolkata.. I recharged with Rs. 850 which gives me 2gb of data.. within 2 hours i got a sms from tata saying that "1792 MB" is availiable.......


    PLEASE EXPLAIN ME HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE... I HAVE JUST USED FACEBOOK AND TESTED MY INTERNET SPEED USING SPEEDTEST.NET

    I totally agree with you. The same happened with me.

    I was using the 10gb plan. Firstly I will say that Tata photon plus has a very bad speed, worse than someone can expect from the worst net connection. Still I was using this crappy connection. And then one fine day Tata Photon Plus started complaining that I did not pay my bill for the month of March, '11 inspite of paying my bill. They have left no stone unturned by disturbing me by thousands of phone calls and frequent visits to my home inspite of sending them first the screenshot of my online payment and then the bank statement from bank. And then one fine day after a month they discontinued their services by disconnecting their connection, but they did not leave disturbing me. They are still asking me for the bill which I have already paid.

    And then I found out from my colleague that I was not only fooled. My colleague was produced a bill of Rs 3k claiming that she had downloaded and uploaded a lot of data which she never did. And that Tata photon plus person advised her that she should not have taken that particular plan she was using. She replied that she was looking for some other plan, but customer care people insisted her to take this particular plan. After this the Tata person replied that sometimes customer care people perplex people and insist wrong things, to achieve their objectives. I was just surprised at this.

    So, I will suggest everyone not to use Tata Photon Plus. It can turn your life miserable.
