1) I had taken a tata photon card on 12th April 2010 with providing all the docs and money
sales guy assured acct will get activated in 1 hour
I have his sms as proof
till 18 April I made 81 calls to him ,no activation
I filed online complaint
He activated on 19 th
2) for that month bill they started billing from 12 th only
many times I raised request even mailed to nodal officer ,no +ve reply ,but anybody can clearly see when account is activated
3) I had plan of 10 gb night download and 5 gb day download
When I was taking acct ,sales guy did not told me I have to dis connect and again re-connect
so they had excessive billing of 5000+ on me
conclusion
1) There is no co-ordination in sales team and billing team for tata photon
2) sales guy are unethical
3) They are only after money not service
4) may be they take revenge on customer for defamation,just a possibility
I have seen tons of complaint already for tata photon excessive billing
Money is no matter but mental harassment ,negligence of duty
I unless some be pro-active enough to fetch them in consumer court they will keep going
how can we make India powerful than America unless such people are there?
