As Rahul Singh ( Customer care manager ) has confirmed me that I will get the extended validity hence I have recharge for this month . Today also there is network problem .

Nodal officer I am not sending this mail for time pass ..

Now I can say that MTS is one of the third class company for Range( Network & customer service …… as your customer service executive or manager don’t know about TAT …

I contacted customer care 4 or 5 time till now (and each call taking at least 20 mins to explain my problem). I have also placed a complaint (No: C10-2982392) in customer care but I didn’t get any favor.

I am very frustrated with the services offered by you I want the proper network with extended validity or I want to cancel my connection and want to collect all my money for the voucher I experienced along with the money I spent (2798/- Data card + 1 month recharge).

I am using ur MTS data card ,no of that data card is 9145001324 . I have recharge this on 2nd June 2010 since then I am not able to use this due to network problem . I Have already launched complain in customer 3 Days back(Complain no is C10-2982392). I want to extended validity for this month from the day of complain . I am not getting proper network & speed from 2nd of June. I have launch 3 complains in last 5 month regarding network & speed . Whenever your technical person visited my place they have agreed on that there is network problem . Because of your network problem I am facing lot of problem in my official work .
