    Angry Sify Boardband

    Hi,

    I am using sify broadband connection from last 1 and half year, although the connectivity is good but i have lot of service issue, My account new get recharges inpite of payments. Moreover my local service provider newver receives call.

    Few days back my local service provider took my wireless modem from my house without my permission in my absence and till date i havent received my wireless.

    Kindly advice, as i have complain this matter to sify customer care but all the efforts were in vein, they never reverted back to me.

    Hello,

    Sify has appointed the Cable TV Operator (CTO) to provide broadband connection in your area, if you face any issue and the local vendor is not picking up the phone then go to his office and ask them to rectify the issue as soon as possible.

    Default Worst Speed

    Hi,
    I am using 256- 512kbps unlimiyed plan, the problem is when i download anything at daytime i get a speed of 30kbps but when try downloading at night i.e after 10:00pm gets download speed not more than 25 kbps, local service providers mobile is always switch off, when goes to his office they say it would be fixed within a n hour, called customer care and does not get good response etc... Cust care says that a tech will come to my house to fix it but no one turns up...

    Have reinstalled windows, tried connection on laptop and gets same problem, can you suggest me what can be done,

    Many times i said to the customer care rep that if its not fied i will disconnect the line, and you know what response i get ???

    Hello,

    Sify Broadband connection installation and the maintenance works are managed by its appointed DSA in that particular area, if you are not getting the proper speed then registered your complaint with the local area vendor and to the customer care, and if both fails to provide proper services then you can send a mail to the Regional Manager of SIFY.

    Sir,
    I am Rajesh Sharma from New Delhi, would like to register a complaint
    against SIFY BROADBAND. I have taken a broadband connection (user id
    is rajesh_j28) from Sify Broadband last week. Yesterday, the 23rd of
    October, 2009 I had some connectivity problem so I called to CLASSIC
    NET the authorised service provider of sify broadband connection in
    our area and told them about the problem which I was facing. The 2
    persons came to my home and checked the problem but the problem had
    not been sorted out. They advised me to format my computer. In the
    evening after 4 p.m. I formatted my P.C and checked the connectivity
    but the same problem was there.
    Now today I tried to log in and fortunately I logged in. The problem
    was not there. But the main problem is once I checked the usage, I got
    shocked to see the yesterday's usage around 830 MB even I did not log
    in after 9 am . I called the customer care and informed them abt the
    issue they said "Hum isme kuchh nahin kar sakte" . Complaint No. is
    9010250 dated 24.10.2009.

    I request you to please help me to get my usage MB that have not been
    used by me or anyother person I m sure about that, I shall be highly
    obliged to you.
