    Default Complaint against MTS Broadband Connection

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    This is Latish Chhabria form Ulhasnagar, I have purchased MTS Modem and have been using it fom last 1month, during purchase of that i.e on 30th May,2010, I have recharged in that connection of Rs.598/ for 1GB usage for 1month, but on the date 26June, 2010, my account has been debited of 104MB, which was remaining, I spoke with customer service of that company and my complaint was forwarded to that with Complaint ID No- C104401837, but after this no issues have been solved till yet. My MTS number is 9146341365. Kindly help me out in that.

    Hi,

    My name is Arul, last month i bought mts mblaze ( unlimited plan - Rs-999). First 10 days working 1.1mbps speed, after that the speed went down ( 144 mbps), then i called customer care why i am getting low speed. They said, upto 15Gb speed is 3.1 Mbps, after that you will get 140 kbps. Then i asked them then why you are giving unlimited plan with 3.1 Mbps. They did n't give proper answer.

    Hi,

    My name is vivek, last month i bought mts mblaze ( unlimited plan - Rs-999). First 15 days working 1.5mbps speed, after that the speed went down ( 144 kbps maximum), then i tried many times contacting customer care and after many trials and wasting many hours they finally picked my phone and i asked them why i am getting low speed. They said, upto 15Gb speed is 3.1 Mbps, after that you will get 140 kbps. I told them that i even haven't used 15 gb. And I can show them my usage in MTS's own application that comes pre installed in MTS premium usb card. But they kept saying that there server shows that my usage has exceeded 15 gb limit. Please help MTS is cheating its customers and charging heavily........

    Hi MTS service provider,

    Please stop giving false information to the customers. Your company promised 3.1 mbs for Rs. 999/-, now i m getting only 500-600 kbps. When i contacted ur service centre, they give me crap answers, tell them to verify the customer's technical knowledge before giving answer.

    Wake up now or else you will start losing customers one after another.

    for your kind information by end of this month i m terminating by connected due to bad connection.

    Angry complaint regarding the MTS MBLAZE broadband connection.

    Respected sir/madam
    I'm Sonal gehlot customer of mblaze 999 unlimited plan which i've purchased a month ago. My MTS no. is 9146784104. The company claims a speed of abt 3.1 mbps but i'm not even getting a speed of 144 kbps. during the starting 12 days i got a speed of about 700-800 kbps but it dramatically went down and when i complaint against this, i was been told that u have already used your 15 gb of the limit. But the company claims to give a 30 gb usage limit.
    The MTS is the worst service and they make hoax of their customers. The same what they did to me. Damn the MTS service.

    my name is anshul the same thing happened with many people other than me when i bought it i was told that it is an unlimited plan but now they r refusing. thespeed never goes above 1.1 mbps evenn if the tower is in 1 km of radius from our house we just suggest MTS that if they are saying it an unlimited plan then be it a unlimited plan. i would suggest everyone not to buy MBLAZE.

    Default speed problem

    my mts no. is 9136975916. i am getting a speed of 100-200 kbps. I am fat up of this shit. I have complaint about this a month ago and since then i regularly call these people but no action has been taken . so either you go into the issue or i will head towards consumer court

    i have mts broadband ,i just new buyer. from the purchage date still my document is not submitted by (imaran-person of mts company),he also offer me to give rebook show.and from the purchage date still don't solve my problem as i more time to contect that person

    Default BSNL Pune Broadband + Landline complaint

    Hi

    I have submitted my BSNL landline+Broadband transfer request on 29th Nov 2009 at Model Colony Pune exchange to transfer to Baner, Pune exchange. Almost every month 3 to 4 times I followed with Baner exchange but no proper answer. The officer Patel never listen any one and most of the time not in office. Can I get connection on priority or my deposit money back with interest.

    mts provider.
    i purchased mts not completed 1 month it is giving low speed as well as disconnecting it frequently
    i have contact with customer but they told difff reason i have 999 rs plan.
    plz do sometihing which will favour us please

    Angry Never buy MTS

    I am MTS broadband user (MTS Number – 9146827201) and will suggest everyone to stay away from this service provider. First the positive about the service provider – Yes, the speed of MTS is fast (and that’s it).

    I have been using this service since last 6 months and never had a single-peaceful transaction. I got this connection free with the purchase of Laptop from Chroma, in Mumbai.

    1) The service provider will not leave any opportunity to confuse you. Basic needs like knowing your account balance is so confusing with this service provider, you will go mad. As first time user you would refer to the usage log – right? Wrong – You will not get the right picture there as they suggest “it is not updated 100% for some technical reasons” (verbatim – from customer care MTS). Hence they would suggest you to use “Check my Balance” in settings…

    2) Now you are in Setting menu and pressed the “Check my balance” button. A pop up appears and the message reads like this – “Your account details are Main Bal – Rs. 0.00 valid : Jan 01 37 30,719.55 MB till May 08 11. Thanks….<Ad>”. First you will get confused with Jan 01 37. If your sane mind suggests you to ignore this, then the next thing you would assume that your balance will get over by May 08 11. Wrong – Your balance will get over by May 07, 2011. They explain the end period as first minute of the end period mentioned in the message – that means Mid-night of 7th May when first minute of 8th May starts your monthly balance is over (this could have been avoided by writing “your subscription ends May 7, 2011 23:59”. And in spite of me suggesting this to a high authority some 4 months back, this has not been implemented as yet). I had a tough time when after checking the same and assuming there is a day left for recharge I took my laptop for a presentation to client. And when I tried to connect to net – I had to cut a sorry figure…

    3) Fine so you would suggest avoiding this situation, pay in advance – That facility is created to cheat MTS customer. If I pay for my recharge on, say 5th (instead of 8th as usual end of subscription) I lose 3 days. They do not accept payment in advance. When they accept the payment, they wipe your past balance.

    4) There is another facility – Online payment. If your balance is zero, you can still access to the payment gateway (rechargeitnow.com) and make the payment (rest all other sites are blocked). Isn’t it smart? Not really. NEVER EVER TRY THIS OPTION. Because for the number of checks they deploy when you go for the payment, you will never be able to transfer the fund in one go. And some time it will be deducted from your account but will not reflect in MTS account. And then series of phone call to get your money back.

    5) My last transaction with MTS / rechargeitnow was horrible. It asks you your phone number once in the beginning. In case you have a typo (a digit here or there), it does not cross check with anything… Nor it asks you to enter your mobile number twice so that it should not go to a wrong account. There is no such check in the system. Once you pay on a wrong ID, your money is gone. When you call MTS, they will say sorry nothing can be done… Whoosh you lose 999 just like that.

    Hi,

    My name is Amit S. Mohabey, I bought MTS broadband from Nagpur 8months before. From your end my MTS broadband connection had discontinued without any reasons and when I given data card for activation then also you had taken 1 month for activation.i had Rs. 250/- recharge which was unused that also company is not giving me back.
    I already suffers a lot without any reasons due to your services.

    Angry Compliant against MTS Broadband Connection

    Respected Sir/Madam
    I have bought MTS brioadband connection with data card number 8459845361.Since the time i have bought the speed is almost dead and everytime I call the customer care, the call gets forwarded to IVR and which says number is invalid. I even mailed them n even in the mail they said the same thing.I just got my 3rd billl even when i havent used my connection for more than 100 rupees. Now they are even making excuses when I wana get it disconnected.Kindly help me in getting my connection disconnecetd and take some serious action against these fraud MTS company.

    i have an mts moderm with the monthly plan of 999. i have done the recharge on 28/11/2011. ihave get only 100 t0 200kb/s only. why this happend ???????????
    my conection no is 9136941692.please help me. my location is rohini ,sect5, new delhi. i have use only below 5 gb only
