past more than 15 days I dont have an internet connection, I can use my internet connection only in the morning after 6 pm internet connection vanish, but am paying for unlimited plan.. BSNL is dumping my happiness.. this month I got a bill for amount more than 2000 rs, but i never used the internet connection for that much money.. please take necessary action, am not satisfied with the service...
