Improper billing and low speed of Tata Photon Plus.

    Default Improper billing and low speed of Tata Photon Plus.

    With reference to my account no of Tata Photon plus 9290311258, the usage shown for the month of June 2010 by device is 46 hour i.e. 2760 minutes but on checking through website it is
    Showing 3201 minutes .Since i have opted for monthly rental plan of 750 Rs for free 3600 minutes
    The detail usage difference in minutes for both Photon device & website of tatatel are as follow.

    But The reply from customercare.ap@tatatel.co.in is as given below:
    This is with reference to your email dated 26/06/10 regarding bill issue for the Tata Indicom number 9290311258.

    We regret to inform that we are unable to process your request; the bill has not been generated. Hence the same will be generating on 5th July 2010 and we request you to kindly write back to us after the bill generation to initiate further.

    Beside this the speed at evening reduces to 20 kbps only and the max speed is 100 kbps whereaas the claim is of upto 3.1Mbps.

    I have never thought of such kind of misleading and vauge reply from such a repute brand of Our nation.
