Hi, My name is Ankur Natu. I have received a bill amount of 9800 Rs. approx. from Reliance which is highly unexpected and just plain unacceptable since even if i were to use it for the whole day, its not possible to download that much amount just by surfing. They show the credit limit to be 7400; they did not terminate my service after the credit limit was allegedly exceeded. What's the point of having a credit limit if they are just going to charge us absurd amounts.
