    Default Airtel Abused Me, My Family....

    I have been using airtel for more than 5 years now, both their Landline and Internet services...
    In April i gave the request to airtel office that I need to shift the location of my connection, they said it will be transfered in 2-4 days.....

    For next 15 days nothing happened

    When I gave a call to Airtel's customer care....they told "your connection has been transfered"

    I was shocked to know this....after inquiring a bit...
    It came to my notice that they shifted my connection to "Some PG boys living in a rented flat near my office"

    Then after repeated request to "Cancel" my connection It got terminated in May....
    And from then, I started getting calls from Airtel's Collection dept. to pay the Bill....For April...Which i have not used.....

    When I told them i will not pay as i have not used the connection, and it was their mistake to install it at someone else's premises....

    They Called ALL My Relatives, Business Associates, or whatever number they could find in my telephone records that I am not paying the Bill

    In total they did 100 calls to me and my relatives
    from following numbers

    Abused me
    Abused my relatives, friends
    On phone using as many derogatory words as they can for my family and friends...

    Stop this harassment immediately...

    Angry Reliance Jaipur is not giving connection and salespeople have blacklisted my number

    I have applied for the reliance broadband connection on 4th August 2010 and that time I ask them Mr Bhanu Kumar and Jugal Kishor Sharma (reliance jaipur) to tell me the maximum number of days that will be required to give connection. These guys told me that within 4 days I would get the connection. Now real sales story Begin:

    I got a confirmation call on 7th Aug-2010 from reliance jaipur
    I called them on 8th-Aug-2010: they replied that wait for tomorrow
    I called them on 10th-Aug-2010, they replied, your documents are not valid, though documents were valid but to make me fool they told me that.
    I called them on on 12 they again said it would be by tomorrow. I asked them that if Reliance is having lack of resources or poor people in management then tell me and i would apply for airtel, bsnl or any else
    i waited for these future managers (if reliance will not fire these poor people) of reliance on 14th August they told me that It will be done by Monday.Now these people do not pick my calls and they have blacklisted my mobile number.
    I want to tell that I did not go to Reliance Communication to give me interned connection because I have already had bad experiance with Reliance Communication, Jaipur in past but this time these lackluster people(Bhanu Kumar and Jugal Kishor Sharma) told me that they would do my work in time.
    "Reliance Jaipur has proved again that they have poor management and lack or resource to fulfill the customer service and will continue till the end they would lose all their customers in Jaipur"


    I request you to kindly give my money back and never show your service again to me and my known people.
