    Default excessive billing by tata photon+

    i got a tata photon connection in a scheme with samsung laptops after paying an extra sum of rupees 1500/- and in return company promised me to give 15 gb data per month for two months and after two months an additional 2gb for next 4 months.My connection was activated on 7th of march.so according to the terms i should be provided 15 gb data free for two months ending on 6th of may.but the data used by me on 6th of may was charged which was around 3.9 gb and it was in the limit of 15 gb per month.so you are requested to look in to the matter and please do the justice as these private firms are betraying customers everyday and nothing is happening to them.my tata photon details are given below

    I have bought a photon+ on the commitment that it would work on roaming as i am going out of station for 15days.

    The sales executive has also committed the same but yesterday(16th June 2010) i was trying to connect the photon with my laptop it was not accessible as there is "ZERO NETWORK" at Kirandule (Jharkhand) and I tried to contact customer care but the customer care no 1800266121 is always engaged. After sending several mails i start receiving calls from customer care guys and the response i receive is we will revert you back. Since 17th June i receive 5-10 calls from there customer care executives and every replies the same, i was roaming due which mobile bills is exceeding day by day by this type useless calls.

    I would request you kindly look into the matter at the earliest as i need the internet connection to be activated at the earliest if it is not possible kindly get the same disconnected and refund my money. Details of my connection are mentioned below.

    Default Tata photon + fraud

    I have a 9212312464 tataphoton +. The connection was not working properly when i moved to Bhubaneshwar. I kept launching complaints and they were never addressed. Finally there engineer came and appologised. They reduced my bill to half for month of Mar 2011. By 13 Apr it started working properly and I received many calls asking for the result. I was happy with it and they said new service has been launched. I checked if any difference in usage it may cause. I was told nothing. Now from 14 Apr 2011 to 25 Apr 2011 it shows usage of 6GB +. Also from 26 Apr 2011 to 01 May 2011 it showed 1.5GB. This is when I have downloaded nothing. Not even updates of operating system.
    On my complaint I was told that they will not help.
    This is a fraud they are doing and I have heard they have done with many. I am a honest citizen and have paid them for those months too when there service was not proper. I also told them to change my plan to unlimited one which they have and the can bill be from Apr 2011. Since speeds were not there, I stand to loose then too but they have refused to help in any way.
    Can anyone help or guide what I should do.
